Our Story

Starlight Ember Acres is a homestead farm in Clay City, Indiana, where the quiet magic of starlit skies meets the warm glow of honest harvest.

We raise and grow with care on the land we call home — then share it through Ember Harvest Company: Baby Animals, Produce, Plants, Cuttings, Seeds, Bare Roots, Eggs, Herbs, Preserves, Honey, and whatever the season offers next.

A sneak preview of small-batch liquors is planned under Valhalla Dragon's Liquor — same farm, same heart, its own name on the bottle (currently on hold, not yet available for sale). Mead from our hives will be the initial focus, with room to grow into other craft spirits when ready.

Limited quantities, real seasons. When something's available, we'll offer it. When it's gone, it's gone until next time.

Ember Harvest Company

The business side and public face of the homestead. It sells our farm goods, bringing the harvest from our fields to you. Look for our Ember Harvest Co. logo on packaging and labels.

Valhalla Dragon's Liquor (Sneak Preview)

The dedicated liquor line — separate branding from the farm, still produced on the homestead from our kitchen and hives. Currently on hold (sneak preview coming soon — not yet available for sale). Will focus on small-batch mead initially, with potential for other craft liquors and spirits. Distinct premium labels and identity (see the golden dragon mark).
